KNOW/HOW is pleased to share that we will have some FUN FREE programming out of our shop this month!! First up, we have “The Gathering” — a film screening event hosted by Bethany Clemens & Emma Bright for Cherokee Street's second Saturday— on Aug 14th at 6pm (doors open at 5:30). The event will be a special viewing of five experimental films from artists and filmmakers from STL and LA:
1. Lauren Jevnikar "Tender Hearts" @lrnjv
2. Van McElwee "Ancestor House"
3. Maria Norris "6 Swans" @mar_an_films
4. Kelly Jimenez "DesMotivaciones" @hermit_mos
5. Emma & Bethany "Woolgathering" @bethany_clemens & @emmaabright
These are great films, you won’t want to miss them!
We will have refreshments and snacks available during the first half hour while guests are seated. Masks will be required to be worn at all times unless you are drinking or eating. No tickets needed, but the capacity for this event is limited, so be sure to get there early if possible.
Stay tuned for more summer programming out of the shop, and stop by on Fridays & Saturdays to beat the heat and grab a new read for your park hangs.
